In 2020, Wijaya Kusuma Contractors proudly completed the Kokoon Hotel Banyuwangi despite the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. This project features a 13-floor, 163-room hotel covering 16,679 square meters. Our team showed great adaptability and maintained high construction standards during tough times. The hotel’s attractive design, by well-known architect Andra Matin, combines modern style with the natural beauty of Banyuwangi, making it an excellent place for visitors.
Collaboration with Budiman Phang and Sylvain Julien, who represent the owner, was vital to the project’s success. We especially thank Mr. David Tjiptobiantoro, the owner, for trusting Wijaya Kusuma Contractors with this critical development.
